COVID-19 Update

To our valued patients and referring offices:

University Oral Surgery Center is open to see patients for their oral surgery needs. Our schedule remains the same: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. However, we may not be available to see patients at most convenient time. Please call our office for further information and to make an appointment at (310) 208-3471. We will do our best to answer all your questions. However, if prompted, please leave a message or follow instructions on our recorded voicemail to make an appointment. If leaving a message, please leave your name and phone number, and explain the reason for your visit.

Please follow the instructions listed below when making an appointment:

We ask that you inform us prior to coming to your appointment if you or anyone accompanying you have symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19 or were exposed to anyone who was COVID-19 positive within the past 14 days of your appointment.

Please have a face mask when you come in for your visit. All individuals who enter our premises are asked to have face covering. We will obtain your temperature prior to entering the office.

With safety of our patients and staff in mind, we request that you minimize the number of people accompanying the patient.

You are welcome to bring your own pen or use ours in the office. We have new patient’s forms available on our website. We encourage you to print them out, fill out the forms and bring them to your appointment. We have pens, hand sanitizer, wipes, soap and other disinfectants for your protection. We also have hospital grade air purifiers working for additional safety.
