COVID-19 Update

To our valued patients and referring offices:

University Oral Surgery Center will remain open in order to treat emergencies. However, due to limitations created by the pandemic, our availability is restricted. With recent updates from local and state officials we are preparing to re-open to all patients who need our services in the near future. Meanwhile, we will do our best to treat patients with severe tooth/jaw pain, dental infections, trauma to teeth and jaws and certain oral pathologies.

Our tentative schedule remains the same: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. However, we may not be available to see patients every day or at your most convenient time. Please call our office for further information (310) 208-3471. We will do our best to answer every call during business hours. However, if prompted, please leave a message or follow instructions on our recorded voicemail to make an appointment. If leaving a message, please leave your name and phone number, and explain the reason for your visit.

Please follow the instructions listed below when making an appointment:

With safety of our patients and staff in mind, we request that you come alone to your appointment when possible. If someone is needed to accompany you, we will request that they stay in car when possible.

Please have a face mask when you come in for your visit. We will obtain your temperature prior to entering the office.

You are welcome to bring your own pen or use ours in the office. We have new patients forms available on-line. We encourage you to print them out, fill in the forms and bring them to your appointment. We have pens, hand sanitizer, wipes, soap and other disinfectants for your protection.

Before you can make an appointment, we are required to have a pre-screening questionnaire. Please click on this link and fill out the form (along with all new patient forms if you are new to our practice). If you need to have a COVID-19 test, please refer to your State and Territorial Health Department websites: https://www.cdc.gov/publichealthgateway/healthdirectories/healthdepartments.html
